How to use WhatsApp on multiple devices

WhatsApp introduced a new feature last year that allowed users to message across all devices with the same privacy and security levels. The company has now made it easier for users worldwide to use the same WhatsApp account on multiple smartphones.

This feature was highly requested by users, and it now allows users to link their WhatsApp account with up to four additional devices simultaneously when linked with WhatsApp on web browsers, tablets, and desktops.

1. Install WhatsApp Messenger on another device (smartphone, tablet, PC, or laptop).
2. On the registration window of the new device, select the "Link a Device" option.
3. On your primary phone, open WhatsApp and go to Settings.
4. Look for the "Link a Device" option and tap on it.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to link the new device with your WhatsApp account.

Note: WhatsApp recommends not frequently switching your account between multiple devices, as doing so may result in being blocked from re-verifying your account. The company advises against repeatedly switching between different devices and phone numbers to avoid any issues.
