To delete your Instagram account, follow these steps:

Open a web browser:

Start by opening a web browser on your computer or mobile device. Please note that you cannot delete your Instagram account directly from the Instagram app.

Go to the Instagram website:

Visit the Instagram website by typing "www.instagram.com" in the address bar of your browser.

Log in to your account:

Enter your username and password to log in to your Instagram account.

Access the account deletion page:

Once you're logged in, go to the "Delete Your Account" page. You can access it directly by clicking on this link: Instagram Account Deletion Page.

Choose a reason:

On the account deletion page, you will be asked to select a reason for deleting your account from the provided options. Select the reason that best fits your situation.

Confirm the deletion:

After selecting a reason, re-enter your Instagram account password in the designated field. This step is to verify your identity and ensure account security.

Delete your account:

Click on the "Permanently delete my account" button to initiate the account deletion process. Once you click this button, your Instagram account, along with all its content and data, will be permanently deleted.

Please note that once you delete your Instagram account, you won't be able to reactivate it or retrieve any of the content or data associated with it. Additionally, usernames associated with deleted accounts cannot be used again in the future.
