Manchester United Eyeing Neymar Acquisition from PSG

It is highly probable that Manchester United will secure the services of Neymar from PSG during this year's transfer window.

According to L'Equipe, both PSG and Neymar are open to the possibility of his departure. Discussions have already begun with Premier League clubs, notably Manchester United.

“In its official communication, Paris is not a seller, but in fact, for once, the various internal components are on the same line on this file. For some, it would be a matter of ratifying the project's evolution towards less flair and more discipline, while for others, it would be a matter of assembling a more balanced team around a single star, notably Kylian Mbappé," according to a story in L'Equipe.

There is a willingness from PSG to sell the 31-year-old Neymar this summer, and the player himself is giving serious thought to leaving the club. This decision comes as Neymar, along with his fellow star Lionel Messi, has faced constant criticism from the club's fans throughout the season. It's important to note that Neymar is under contract with PSG until 2027.

Casemiro, a fellow Brazil international of Neymar, is strongly advocating for Neymar to join Erik ten Hag's team at Manchester United. Casemiro is actively pushing for the transfer of the ex-Barcelona player to the English club.
