According to the source, the children are under constant care by nannies, teachers, and Kremlin security personnel. They see their parents infrequently, mostly during late hours.
The report highlights the absence of any official records for Ivan and Vladimir Jr., who are provided with special documents typically reserved for high-security individuals. They do not travel on commercial flights or attend conventional schools. Instead, they are educated by private tutors, and their lives are closely guarded by the Federal Protective Service (FSO).
